How long will it take to get my order?
We manufacture all our cases as the orders come in: we hold no printed inventory in stock. The production time for your order will vary between 2 to 6 business days. Then, we will ship your order via your selected shipping method.
Can I track my order from RK Cases Co?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier's online tracking system. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after shipment.
My order was marked delivered, but I don't see it!
USPS may occasionally mark orders as delivered a few days before the actual physical delivery takes place. In certain situations, USPS drivers might scan packages as delivered while approaching the destination, especially if obstacles like a car impede access to the mailbox. If the delivery happens to be made to the wrong address, USPS may bypass the correct location, leading to the package being either redelivered the next day or returned by the unintended recipient. Please wait for a minimum of 3 business days after the marked delivery date before reaching out. Should the issue persist beyond this timeframe, feel free to contact us via email at support@rkcases.co, and we'll be happy to assist you! Note: If tracking information does not update within 3 business days, rest assured, as this is completely normal.

What is the return policy at RK Cases Co?
Our return policy allows you to replace your product within 30 days of purchase if it remains unused. Please note that all sales are considered final, and refunds are only available in the event of a defective product. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Do you have a warranty on your cases?
Certainly! Absolutely! Every case we offer is backed by a one-year warranty. Should your case suffer any breakage or display unusual color fading, feel free to reach out to us for a complimentary replacement. Please be aware that regular wear and tear is not included in our product warranty.
What is the difference between impact and slim cases?
Our Impact case is made of two separate layers: a soft rubber to absorb shocks with a hard polycarbonate outer shell.
Our Slim cases does not have the extra layer of protection.
